Lakeport Cinema 5
Lakeport Cinema 5 is a state of the art first run movie theatre. We feature 100% digital projection and 5.1 Dolby Digital surround sound; and two of our auditoriums are equipped with MasterImage 3D. We also feature cup holder arm rests, wide screens, video game room, senior discounts, and daily matinees. We also have assistive listening units for the hearing impaired and our building is fully accessible.

Lakeport Auto Movies
Lakeport Auto Movies is one of just a handful of drive-in theatres left in the United States. The drive-in is open early spring through late summer/early autumn. We feature state of the art digital projection for a bright clear picture. We run a double feature every night of current movies. We have a full snack bar featuring goodies like hot dogs, nachos, soft pretzels, and a wide variety of candy - and of course we have freshly popped popcorn and ice cold Coca-Cola beverages. Sound is broadcast in FM Stereo and simulcast on AM.

Paradise Cinema 7, Lakeport Cinema 5, and Lakeport Auto Movies are owned by Paradise Cinemas, Inc. We are not affiliated with any other circuits or locations. We are members of NATO of California and NATO (National Association of theatre Owners). We are also members of the California Chamber of Commerce.

Theatre Rental
Is your group planning a meeting or special gathering and in need of a large venue to accommodate everyone? We rent our auditoriums for a variety of different purposes and we can make arrangements for use of our sound system and we can accommodate video projectors for use with a PC or for viewing videos. Employment Application

Résumés are not accepted in lieu of an application, but may be attached to your application when you hand it in to the theatre. Please note that we do not accept any electronic application submissions.

You will need Adobe Reader to open the application. The application is a fillable form which can be completed on your computer and printed, or you may print the application and fill it out by hand. Please note that the third page MUST be filled out in your own handwriting. Submit the completed application to the theatre to which you are applying. If you do not have Adobe Reader, it can be downloaded for free by clicking the icon at the bottom of this page. When you complete the application on your computer, no information is transmitted or stored by us or on your computer. Once you close or navigate away from the application, all entered information will be lost.

Please Note: we are always accepting applications, although we normally only hire a couple times each year. We do not accept telephone inquiries about job openings or applications.

Applicants should be aware California state law requires most employees in food service establishments to possess a current food handler card. Although a food handler card is not a pre-employment requirement, it can help an applicant for a food service job whether it is for our company or another food service establishment. Food handler courses are available on line and usually cost $10-$15. A current food safety manager certificate is acceptable in place of a food handler card.
